Dear Abby,

My friends are having a major problem. The Baudelaire orphans had lost their parents in a terrible fire and now they are going from place to place to different guardians. First they went to this villan called Count Olaf and he wanted take a way the enormous Baudelaire fortune that their parents left behind, so Violet can use it when she comes of age! The orphans really do need help but im not sure what to do! I dont even know where they are at now! 1st Count Olaf, to Uncle Monty, to Aunt Josephine, to The Luckysmells Lumbermill, to an austere academy, to a penthouse on 667 Dark Avenue, and then to a town called V.F.D! Now who knows where they will go now! I really want to help them!

Dear Friend,

Do not worry about Count Olaf and his very, very ersatz and devious plans! As you told me above, the orphans had went to place from place, guardian to guardian and so forth. Now, Violet, Klaus and Sunny have managed escaping from Count Olaf's clutches. I thing they are smart enough to do this until thing get better and safer from them! I would keep reading about them in the daily newspaper in your city to see whats up with them(if anything drastic occurs!) Something tells me they will be alright!
