               The Absolute True Diary of a Part Time Indian is about a young boy who has alot of  problems. He has alot of grease in his brain, he has a large head, wheres a size a 11 in shoes, and has a very skinny body.  He also gets beaten alot and turns to drawing for his comfort. Like he says drawing are his lifeboats. They are saving him from reality. He also has a best friend named rowdy who also gets beaten by his parents and is very aggressive. Rowdy shows his scars to make him look tough. But when he finds out his best friend decides to leave him to go to another rich kid school  he gets furious. When he switches schools he meets a girl name Penelope and other friends that he thought he would of never made before.
